Name or Address Change: UCA 46-1-3 NOTARY PUBLIC ACT 46-1-20 Change of Name Within 30 days after the change of the notary’s name, the notary shall provide to the Office of the Lieutenant Governor a bond policy rider. 46-1-20 Change of Address Within 30 days of a change in the notary’s address, the notary shall provide the notary’s new address to the Lieutenant Governor.
