Registration is now open! This free notary training seminar is available to existing notaries public, and those wanting to know more about becoming a notary public for the State of Utah.

Notaries public hold an important position of responsibility, therefore, it is essential for notaries to understand the duties and responsibilities under current Utah law. Once commissioned as a notary public, it is the responsibility of the notary to maintain an adequate level of understanding in order to avoid making costly mistakes.

This seminar is a public service offered by the Lieutenant Governor’s Office. We invite you to join us in the Utah State University Eccles Auditorium on August 16th, 2018, 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Doors will open at 12:30 pm. Please see the attached USU campus map for seminar location (highlighted in blue). Space is limited, so be sure to sign up today.

We advise you to park in either the Aggie Terrace or Big Blue Terrace parking garages. While the seminar is free, parking is $2.00 an hour with a maximum of $10.00 a day. There is additional on-street parking (metered and free).
