Purchasing Your Supplies

After a notary has been commissioned, they must purchase a stamp and a journal through a third-party company. Both supplies can often be purchased together from the same vendor.

Notice: The Utah Notary Office does not have preferred vendors and does not provide or recommend companies for purchasing these supplies.

Crucial Note: When notarizing documents, you must sign your name exactly as it appears on your stamp (UCA §46-1-16(1)).
